A tier one complaint is where a complainant contacted the IOSSprior to Council finalising their complaint. In accordance with the IOSSGovernance Charter, these complaints are classified as ‘tier one’as they are yet to be resolved by Council and are referred back to Council forinitial resolution.

Wairarapa Estate Limited is planning to registerEsplanade Strips against the title of Craigie Lea, Driscoll Road and Lands End/Dunolly/Glenburn Forests.
