The centre was named the Silverwood Day Nursery and offered long day care to children 0-5 years of age. Meticulously designed, our Bayswater centre provides a natural haven for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years atop the Mountain High Shopping Centre. Given the location of the site along Mountain Highway, Council was seeking a built form setback further from this interface. For the enrolment process you will be asked to bring along to the centre with you your child’s immunisation record and birth certificate, we can photocopy these at the centre for you. We will also need your Family Customer Reference Number (CRN) and your child’s CRN which can be obtained from the Family Assistance Office. The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs. Once families have completed a tour, they will receive an enrolment pack with all necessary paperwork.

We regularly review room availability, as a result, you will receive a text message confirming if you’re still happy to remain on the waitlist each month or if your plans have changed. A virtual tour gives you a guided walk-through of your chosen centre, on your preferred device (desktop, mobile or tablet). This gives you the opportunity to see the centre and meet the Centre Manager if you are out of area or if you can’t attend in person.
