If a broken sewer line is to blame, some signs can be soil that is washing away from the foundation, elevated areas on the floor, or cracks in the foundation. Monitoring a home’s foundation and keeping a careful eye on any changes that may occur to the flooring can help homeowners discover slab leaks before they cause significant damage.
